Today, ERIC submitted comments to the Tennessee House and Senate regarding House Bill 2331 and Senate Bill 2373. In the letters ERIC stated support for increased access to telehealth, but raised concern with the bill language that would require reimbursement at the same rate for in-person and telemedicine encounters. ERIC asked the legislature to strike the problematic sections and advance the bill or, in the alternative, not advance the bill.
