Executive Director, Partnership for Employer-Sponsored Coverage (P4ESC)

P4ESC is currently accepting proposals for a new Executive Director to start January 1, 2026 for a yearly contract that may be renewed annually. The new Executive Director will have the opportunity to communicate and coordinate with the outgoing Executive Director to ensure a smooth and orderly transition, answer any questions, and assist with maintaining any existing workstreams.

P4ESC is a coalition of employment-based organizations and trade associations representing businesses of all sizes and sectors, and the millions of Americans and their families who rely on employer-sponsored coverage every day. Employer-sponsored coverage has been the backbone of our nation’s health care system for nearly eight decades and is the single largest source of coverage.
