In June, Aliya Robinson testified on behalf of ERIC before The ERISA Advisory Council on the legal and practical concerns surrounding uncashed checks and state escheatment.
During that testimony certain questions arose for which Ms. Robinson requested additional time in which to confer with ERIC’s membership.
