We know it can be difficult keeping up with the flurry of state telehealth legislation introduced this year, and most importantly, the states who are joining telehealth licensure compacts; that’s why ERIC has launched a new web page to do just that. A page dedicated to keeping you up to date on telehealth licensure compacts that are so important to your employees.
The page, accessible through the state telehealth portal or by directly clicking here, provides interactive maps of participating and pending psychology interjurisdictional compact (PSYPACT) state legislation and participating and pending audiology speech-language pathology instate compact (ASLP-IC) state legislation.
Using the State Mandate Action Portal, you can also track bills by individual state. For those who want to dive into specific legislation, you can pull up bill text, legislative history, and current lawmaker support.
