ERIC sent comment to the U.S.Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions on the “Lower Health Care Costs Act of 2019,” legislation to address the nation’s surprise medical billing crisis, reduce the cost of prescription drugs, ensure transparency in health care, improve public health, and advance the exchange of health information.
