This FocusOn call will address the final regulations published by the Departments of Labor, Treasury, and HHS to implement the “Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008.” Moderators for the call will be Christy Richardson, Tom Makris, and Matthew Ryan of the Law Firm of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.
