Andy Anderson, a partner with the law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, will address the particular challenges faced by collectively bargained plans in complying with the regulatory requirements of the Affordable Care Act. In particular, the call will focus on the general treatment of collective bargaining agreements under the ACA, Shared Responsibility issues related to collectively bargained employees, the limited transition relief for employers whose employees are participants in multiemployer plans, and strategies associated with ensuring ACA compliance in a collectively bargained context in 2014 and beyond.
