<nobr>May 14, 2007</nobr> ERIC Chart on Employee Benefits and Compensation Regulatory Schedule
In following up on the April 30, 2007, Federal Register release of the semi-annual regulatory agendas for various government agencies, ERIC has prepared a detailed schedule to assist in monitoring releases on upcoming guidance concerning employee benefits. The semi-annual agendas generally list regulations that are currently under development or that agencies expect to have under development during the next year, long-term projects, and completed actions. ERIC's chart includes the Department of Treasury/Internal Revenue Service, Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, Department of Labor/Employee Benefits Security Administration, Social Security Administration, and Securities Exchange Commission. |
