Domenici Substitute Bill: Mental Health Parity (S.486)

Responding to objections by ERIC other business groups, Senator Pete Domenici (R-NM) introduced a new mental health parity substitute bill (S. 486) that removes controversial provisions found in an earlier substitute bill offered by Domenici and Ted Kennedy (D-MA). The new substitute bill reverts back to the original S. 486 legislation offered by Domenici earlier this year.
