ERIC urged Chair Roe and committee members to pass HB 1689 out of Committee. HB 1689 removes barriers that restrict access to telehealth services for patients in Oklahoma. The Committee passed the bill out of Committee with 10 yeas and 0 nays. It is not clear if HB 1689 will be heard in another Committee or sent to the House floor for a vote.
