New DOL Investment Guidance – What Does it Mean for Plan Sponsors & CIOs? Monday, August 10, 2020 (12pm - 1:30pm US/Eastern)

The ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC) & The Committee on Investment of Employee Benefit Assets (CIEBA) are pleased to host a webinar on the topic of “New DOL Investment Guidance.” Aliya Robinson, Senior Vice President, Retirement and Compensation Policy at ERIC and Dennis Simmons, Executive Director of CIEBA , will co-host the event, which will focus on:

1. Department of Labor (DOL) Information Letter on Private Equity in DC plans
2. DOL proposed rules on ESG and fiduciary standards
3. DOL fiduciary regulation and participant advice class exemption
