Please join us as we discuss the recent Supreme Court decision in Thole v. U.S. Bank. On Monday, June 1, the Supreme Court ruled, 5-4, in favor of U.S. Bank holding that the plaintiffs lacked standing. As you may recall, ERIC joined an amicus brief on behalf of U.S. Bank, arguing that participants in a defined benefit retirement plan do not have standing under Article III for a breach of fiduciary duty under ERISA. During this webinar we will discuss the details of the case and the decision.
