The IRS has recently issued its 2020 Guide on Fringe Benefits which provides an early release draft of IRS tax forms, instructions, or publications. The guide includes updates on new rules pertaining to qualified parking exclusion and commuter transportation benefits, contribution limits on health FSAs, and other fringe benefits.
On January 14, we are pleased to be joined by Steve Johnson and Jonathan Zimmerman of Morgan, Lewis, and Bockius, LLP who will review the Guide and its updates.
