Come join ERIC staff and ERIC members for the first FocusOn call of ERIC’s Task Force on Definition of Fiduciary Regulations. Kathryn Ricard (ERIC) and Mike Francese (Covington & Burling) will provide an overview of developments related to the Department of Labor’s proposed regulation on definition of fiduciary. We will discuss ERIC’s position on the original proposed regulation as well as the regulatory and legislative framework regarding the re-proposed regulation (not yet released).
