03/10/14 - Washington Update Conference Call

Monday, March 10, 2014 (11am - 12pm US/Eastern)

The registration period for this meeting has ended.

Call Time: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM (EDT)

This is a member-only call.

Note: This call was originally scheduled for March 3.

House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp (R-MI) this week is set to unveil a “discussion draft” for broad-based tax reform, while President Obama next week is set to release his fiscal year 2015 federal budget proposal. The proposals could have major implications for health and retirement benefits, and likely will generate significant debate and scrutiny in Washington.

Meanwhile, final regulations under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) were recently released implementing the employer shared responsibility rules and the 90-day waiting period limitation. In addition, it’s possible the ACA employer information reporting requirements could be released any day now.

Join us on Monday, March 10 to hear from ERIC's Health and Retirement staff for an update on these and other legislative, regulatory and legal developments.

To register for the call, click on the "Register Now" link at the top of this page (you will need your username and password to register).
