At this the stage of regulatory life under the Affordable Care Act, there is a fairly clear idea of what hurdles need to be surmounted by the end of the year, but you may not have answers to the numerous smaller questions that need to be answered in order to clear these bars. To help you cope with this multi-layered web of complexities, Andy Anderson, a partner with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, will moderate a FocusOn call for ERIC members.

During the FocusOn call, Andy will cover a range of topics that have bedeviled plan administrators and other professionals in their struggles to comply with the subtleties, nuances, and challenges of the ACA. Among the areas that Andy will address are numerous questions stemming from the rules covering uniform benefit summaries, reporting the cost of health care on the W-2, and the depths of despair to which one can sink with a fiscal year plan. Join us for a discussion of the pitfalls of these issues, as well as for a discussion of other ACA questions you would like to have addressed on the call.
