ERIC: CMS Guidance for Employer/Union Direct Contract PDPs

CMS released additional guidance relating to employer/union direct contract prescription drug plans, as well as Part C and Part D plans offering employer-only group plans. The purpose of this guidance is to provide information for the bidding process applicable to these arrangements, highlighting any differences in the bidding process for these entities. The first part of this guidance provides general information about bidding in the employer group context. The remainder of the guidance is split into different sections for each type of employer plan offering, each detailing important bidding facts specific to that that type of plan offering.
