The Ohio House passed SB 2 on April 21.
Ohio lawmakers took ERIC’s recommendation to pass SB 2 out of the Senate and House chambers. The bill increases access to mental health providers in the state by entering the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact. This is a great win for ERIC member companies and its employees in Ohio.
The bill has not yet been sent to the Governor’s Office for signature; we will update you once it does.
