Earlier today, ERIC submitted comments to the Ohio and New Jersey legislatures as their respective committees of jurisdiction take up legislation (NJ A4205 and OH SB 258) that would allow their states to join the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT). Participation in this compact will allow ERIC member companies to expand their telehealth benefit offerings in the state, ensuring that patients will be able to see mental health providers in a timely manner.
