Tami Simon is a nationally respected human capital, health and employee benefits business executive and attorney. She currently serves as WTW’s Global Commercialization Leader, and previously held executive roles with Mercer, Conduent (formerly Xerox) and Segal, and practiced law for McDermott, Will & Emery. In addition to leading business lines, she has overseen global markets, strategy, service delivery, sales, innovation, research, compliance, and business operations.
Ms. Simon has testified before the U.S. Congress and multiple Federal Government agencies on workforce and healthcare public policy issues impacting millions of Americans and their employers.

Ms. Simon serves on the Board of Directors for the Employee Benefit Research Institute, Emeriti Retirement Health Solutions, the Health Enhancement Research Organization, and the American Benefits Council. She is also on the ERISA Industry Committee’s Advisory Council, a member of the American Bar Association, and a distinguished Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefit Counsel. Ms. Simon works in Washington, D.C.
