In recent weeks, Treasury and IRS have released several pieces of COVID-related guidance pertaining to COVID distributions, RMDs, and mid-year elections for safe-harbor plans. This webinar will review these guidance issues and allow you the opportunity to discuss your concerns and questions with IRS officials.

We will be joined by Stephen Tackney, Deputy Associate Chief Counsel (Employee Benefits), Tax Exempt and Government Entities and other IRS officials, as well as John Ferreira of Morgan Lewis, who will help guide the conversation.
