EE0-1 Data Survey Collection Webinar

Wednesday, June 5, 2019 (2pm - 3pm US/Eastern)

This is a member-only webinar.*

After several years of litigation, the federal district court has ruled that employers must begin disclosing “Component 2” equal pay data on the Employer Information Report (EEO-1). Because of the litigation, the reporting deadline for this information is September 30, 2019—later than the deadline for other EEO-1 data, which is due May 31, 2019. The EEOC expects to begin collecting EEO-1 Component 2 data for calendar years 2017 and 2018 in mid-July, 2019, and will notify filers of the precise date the survey will open as soon as it is available.

On June 5, we are pleased to be joined by Erin Sweeney of Miller & Chevalier who will review the litigation history of the EEO-1 Form, the current compliance expectations, and what we might expect in the future.
