11/28/18 Missing Participants – What Should the Guidance from DOL Say? Wednesday, November 28, 2018 (2pm - 3pm US/Eastern)

ERIC submitted a letter to the DOL in July 2018 that focused on the issues plan sponsors are facing with the on-going audits of defined benefit plans and missing participant practices. Since that letter was delivered, the DOL has said they plan on issuing sub-regulatory guidance that might provide plan sponsors with additional information on how to satisfy your fiduciary duty with respect to locating missing participants. The purpose of this webinar is to provide insight in the drafting of a letter to the DOL that will recommend specifically the information we want issued in this guidance. The webinar will be led by John Ferreira and Elizabeth Goldberg from Morgan Lewis.
