11/09/17 - Proposed Executive Compensation Changes in Tax Reform

Thursday, November 9, 2017 (2pm - 3:30pm US/Eastern)

This is a member-only call.

This meeting will discuss the proposed Executive Compensation changes included in the House Republican Tax Reform Legislation. The call will be led by Mary B. “Handy” Hevener, Partner, Morgan Lewis.

The purpose of the meeting is to:
(1) review the proposed revisions to 409A, 162(m) and other executive compensation programs
(2) discuss practical implications of these changes
(3) discuss technical corrections and other fixes to the legislation to either: (a) maintain certain compensation programs; and/or (b) provide administrative/transition relief in implementing any new provisions.

If time permits, the meeting will discuss proposed changes to fringe benefit programs and whether ERIC should advocate for administrative/transition relief if a number of those programs are eliminated.
