With more than 90% of large employers currently offering or planning to offer it in the coming year, a telemedicine benefit is more common than ever before. However, there are issues with offering telemedicine benefits to your workforce that you may not have considered. For example, how does a telemedicine benefit impact your group health plan and what other requirements are applicable?
This webinar will be focused on these and other issues to help you be aware if the telemedicine benefit your company offers (or intends to offer) should be revised to be in legal compliance. Christine Richardson, Partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, and Betsy Hall Collins, Director, Global Public Policy at Walmart, will discuss telemedicine benefits, including how Walmart has implemented telemedicine for its employees.
