ERIC members will have the opportunity to discuss public policies to reduce administrative costs of operating a retirement plan. We will focus primarily on PBGC premiums, but can also discuss regulatory burdens imposed upon plan sponsors that drive up fixed costs, such as reporting and disclosure processes, financial filings, and other topics.
