This call will review the EEOC’s final rules implementing the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) with the Genetic Information Nondisclosure Act (GINA) in respect to employer-sponsored wellness plans. We will be joined by EEOC staff as well as by experts from ERIC’s Advisory Council, to review the rules and discuss how best to review wellness programs.
