ERIC has formed a Financial Wellness Task Force to provide a forum for our members to discuss the promotion of financial wellness in their companies. Our goal is to work with you to identify and overcome the obstacles that companies face when offering financial wellness programs.
Please join us on January 20, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET for the first call in the ongoing series of calls for ERIC Financial Wellness Task Force. Gordon Harman, Vice President of Global Benefits at Eaton Corporation, will share his company’s perspective and challenges on financial wellness.
Previously on December 3rd, we heard from Chad Ryan, Sr. Director, Global Retirement Plans & Financial Wellness at PepsiCo, Inc., who shared with ERIC members PepsiCo’s efforts and experience offering its financial wellness program. Chad discussed the program’s mission to create a fiscally responsible workforce and the challenges involved with communicating with PepsiCo’s global workforce. Chad has agreed to chair our new Task Force.
