Discussion: Tony Shelley of the law firm of Miller & Chevalier will discuss the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in King v. Burwell, a case concerning the ability of individuals in federally operated Exchanges to obtain subsidies to purchase health coverage, and will address the implications of the decision for the plans of large employers.
