Description: Rich Stover of Buck Consultants and Tom Meagher of Aon Hewitt will discuss the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Obergefell v. Hodges, a combined set of cases challenging the rights of states to refuse to recognize legal same-sex marriages performed in other jurisdictions. They will address the implications of this ruling for both health and retirement benefits.
