Alden Bianchi, a Member of the law firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., will review the changes made in the ACA final Shared Responsibility regulations and provide an overview of what employers need to know and do now as a result. Alden will be joined by Mark Iwry and George Bostick of the Treasury Department, who will help to answer ERIC member questions on the final regulations.
