ERIC and Epstein Becker Green have released the latest issue of the Benefits Litigation Update. This latest issue addresses a number of timely and important litigation matters, including an update on the latest litigation concerning the Affordable Care Act since last summer’s monumental decision by the U.S. Supreme Court. The Update also includes a brief discussion of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) and same-sex marriage cases currently pending before the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as a number of other short case summaries.

To accompany the release of this latest Update, we have scheduled a conference call with counsel from Epstein Becker Green to discuss in more detail the key issues regarding each case summarized in the Update and answer any questions you may have regarding these cases.

The ERIC / Epstein Becker Green conference call will be held on Wednesday, March 6, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM (EST).

Participating on the call from Epstein Becker Green will be Paul Friedman, John Houston Pope, and Daly Temchine.
