Treasury Official Presents Administration's Views on Pension Reform Legislations

Assistant Treasury Secretary Mark J. Warshawsky presented March 7 the administration's views on the Senate's Pension Security and Transparency Act (S. 1783) and the House's Pension Protection Act (H.R. 2830) to members of the Employee Benefits Committee of the Bar Association's Taxation Section.
