Updated NQDC Discussion Paper

Below please find an updated (August 25) discussion document outlining the positions ERIC is taking on provisions of the international tax bills (H.R.4520 & S.1637) that would impose new rules on nonqualified deferred compensation.

We will use this document in a meeting tomorrow between House Ways and Means Committeee Republican committee staff and ERIC staff, counsel, and members.
