ERIC Submits Additional NQDC Recommendations to Treasury

Today ERIC submitted additional recommendations to the Treasury Department for guidance under Internal Revenue Code §409A regarding nonqualified deferred compensation. These comments supplement the recommendations submitted by ERIC to the Treasury Department on November 3, 2004.
