ERIC: House Pension Bill Available

The pension reform bill H.R.2830 contains amendments affecting both defined benefit and defined contribution plans as well as some amendments affecting health plans. The bill is expected to come up in the House around mid-day today. No amendments are allowed under the rule providing for consideration of the bill.
