ERIC Submits Position on Pension Legislation To House Ways & Means

Dear Member of the Committee on Ways and Means:

Attached please find two letters outlining the positions of The ERISA Industry Committee on the pension legislation scheduled for markup in the Committee today at 2:00 p.m. The first letter covers provisions affecting defined contribution plans and pension funding reforms. The second letter addresses hybrid (cash balance) plan issues.
