ERIC: Revised HELP Committee Bill
Below please find a copy of the revised "chairman's mark" that will be considered in the Senate Health Education Labor and Pensions Committee tomorrow. The legislation will be put forward by both Chairman Mike Enzi (R-WY) and ranking Democrat Ted Kennedy (D-MA).
The entire bill is 456 pages long. Funding provisions are at the start of the bill. For those who are concerned with the hybrid plan legislation and its implications for employee benefit plans in general, the hybrid provisions start on page 401 and continue through page 453.
