ERIC Exhorts Senators to Consider Modifications to Latest Pension Funding Bill

Attached please find two documents for the Finance Committee markup of the NESTEG bill scheduled for tomorrow. The first is a letter discussing key pension funding issues in the proposed bill. The second is a briefing document that examines the status of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
