<nobr>Apr 14, 2005</nobr> ERIC-CMS Guidance on Actuarial Equivalence
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) issued much anticipated guidance on the actuarial equivalence standard for the 28 percent retiree drug subsidy. The guidance is available on CMS's web site at www.cms.hhs.gov/medicarereform/pdbma/employer.asp and it is also attached to this notice. We will review the new materials and provide any additional analysis and information as soon as it is available.
