The parties in Cooper jointly filed a request to delay issuance of remedy order in the Cooper v. I.B.M. cash balance case. According to the request filed with the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Illinois, both parties are engaged in discussions to determine whether they can resolve some of the remedies, issues and/or claims before the Court, not including the question of the lawfulness of the cash balance formula. |
