Boehner Letter to the House Opposing Sanders Amendment

Attached please find a copy of a letter sent by House Education and Workforce Chairman John Boehner (R-OH) to his colleagues in the House of Representatives urging them to vote against amendments by Rep. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) to the Treasury appropriations bill (H.R.5025) regarding cash balance pension plans.

The House of Representatives is considering H.R.5025 presently and is expected to conclude consideration sometime tomorrow.
