The Treasury Department late this morning issued comprehensive guidance on health savings accounts (HSAs) that answers many remaining questions about the rules for HSAs that will assist employers, insurance companies and HSA trustees in designing health plans that incorporate HSAs. The guidance is in an easy-to-use question and answer format and addresses a wide range of issues that have been raised with Treasury since the creation of HSAs. |
