ERIC in a May 27 letter to Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Administrator Mark McClellan outlined the issues raised by the new Medicare Modernization Act that we believe need guidance before the new law is implemented. Our request for guidance contains issues identified by ERIC members who participated on the ERIC Medicare Implementation Task Force. |
