EEOC Proposed Final Rule to Provide Relief from Erie County

Proposed rule by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) that would provide relief for employers from the Erie County court decision. The proposed final rule would permit employers to coordinate post-employment health care coverage with Medicare under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA).
