The ERISA Industry Committee is the only national association that advocates exclusively for large employers on health, retirement, and compensation public policies at the federal, state, and local levels.

ERIC membership is your most valuable and cost-effective means of assuring that your voice — and the voice of other major employers — is clearly heard as ERIC advocates with federal, state and local governments on employee benefit public policies. ERIC is prepared, with your active participation, to meet the clear, present, and difficult challenges that lie ahead.

ERIC membership is company-wide, allowing any employee(s) to participate in ERIC activities and use ERIC resources.

Annual membership dues are one flat fee of $25,000. ERIC membership includes complimentary access to:

  • ERIC’s biannual in-person meetings with key policymakers in Washington, D.C., expert panelists, and networking opportunities with other benefits executives at large employers;
  • ERIC’s State Mandate Action Program™ and the web portal which tracks existing and emerging state and local laws and regulations, such as paid sick leave, parental leave, state retirement plan mandates, etc.;
  • Timely analysis of federal, state, and local laws and regulations;
  • Direct access to and consultation with ERIC’s policy experts;
  • Webinars and calls to develop public policy positions, learn about the impact of proposed rules on large employers, receive updates on legislative and regulatory activity, etc.;
  • Participation in any task force or committee; and
  • Survey participation and results

Membership Requirements
Organizations with at least 10,000 employees are eligible for ERIC membership, upon approval of the ERIC Executive Committee.
