States and localities are becoming more aggressive in mandating specific employee benefits, making it more and more difficult to keep track of and comply with these new rules, whether paid sick/parental leave, vaccine assessment requirements, or other encroachments on your ability to provide benefits uniformly across the country.
To address these challenges we have expanded our state advocacy efforts with ERIC's State Mandate Action Program™. This program builds on the success of our telehealth initiative, through which ERIC promotes sound state telemedicine policies and has become widely recognized as the voice of large employers at the state level on employee benefits.
ERIC's State Mandate Action Program™ provides members with quick and easy access to information on existing and emerging state and local laws and regulations that hamper your ability to design and administer the benefits you wish to provide to your unique workforce. Armed with this information ERIC will work with its members to support, oppose or modify proposed state or local rules.

ERIC members have access to ERIC’s State Mandate Action Program™ portal for the latest updates on laws and regulations as changes are made at the state and local level. You can access this information on your time, when you need it, in either a map or a detailed report.
Pressed for time? ERIC will also generate reports tailored to the topics of interest to your company, so you don’t have to.
Foundational Knowledge & Maps of Existing Laws
ERIC will develop maps based on existing laws, so that your company can have a foundation to build from as new rules are considered by states and localities.
State Advocacy: Representing The Voice of Large Employers
ERIC is already recognized as the voice of large employers in the states as a result of our telehealth initiative. Armed with real-time updates on state and local policies, ERIC will work with its member companies to support, oppose or modify proposed state or local rules on an expanding number of issues.
