ERIC signed on to a letter, organized by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, to the Joint Select Committee on Multiemployer Solvency. The letter urges the Committee to develop a comprehensive legislative solution to resolve the growing multiemployer pension plan crisis. The letter included several principles to help guide the Committee in its decision-making process.
