ERIC is comprised of large employers who sponsor pension, savings, healthcare, disability, and other employee benefit plans to millions of active workers, retired persons, and their families. We support our members by advocating on federal policies and other matters that affect their ability to deliver benefits –both cost and effectiveness –as well as the role of those benefits in the American economy.
ERIC looks forward to working with the Chairman on repealing the Affordable Care Act’s 40 percent excise tax, the employer mandate and related reporting requirements, as well as supporting employer sponsored retirement benefits and enhancing retirement security.
