Five discussion sessions will maximize participants’ understanding of issues and lead to development of a health agenda for your company and for ERIC:

  • The Potential for Cost Savings: Benefits and Pitfalls.
  • Steps employers can take to empower consumers to make responsible healthcare choices.
  • Doing “The Right Thing”: The employer’s role in promoting lifestyle, health and disease management.
  • The “Right-to-Know”: The promise of pay-for-performance health care programs.
  • Use of health information technology to control costs.

In addition, each panel is designed to provide a foundation for employers to pursue their health advocacy agenda.
